Wellbeing Gym / Weight Loss


If you are one of the many who finds it overwhelming to step into a gym we can help you.  Located at our Tuggeranong practice, our wellbeing gym is designed to be your first step towards a more active healthy lifestyle in a supportive, friendly and private environment.  All programes will be designed by a physiotherapist taking into account your injuries, in conjunction with your pathology and personal needs to facilitate a pathway to your optimum wellbeing. ‘I attended Southside Physiotherapy after suffering from RSI for a number of years, exacerbated by a recent shoulder injury.  After consultation, I undertook Southside’s hydrotherapy program and have now moved to a specially devised program at the Southside gym.  Over the past 12 months I have improved at a steady pace, to the point where I am again working at a productive capacity.
