Diandra is a new and fresh perspective, with her recently obtaining her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2020.
Diandra has a wide range of interest in a variety of different conditions from musculoskeletal rehabilitation (including pre and post-operative rehabilitation such as hip or knee replacements, chronic lower back pain and sporting injuries), to neurological and neuromuscular (such as stroke and multiple sclerosis) that she plans on directing her attention towards in the future.
She lives a very active and adventurous life outside of work. A large proportion of her life is spent training Muay Thai and is currently a professional fighter that competes around Australia. One of her many achievements in this sport is winning Gold in the IFMA University World Championships, being the only Australian female to do so.
Don’t let that scare you, Diandra is known to be a down to earth individual with a bright and caring personality. She aims to provide an evidence-based rehabilitation to help those prevent and manage acute and chronic diseases or injuries by improving or maintaining an individual’s physical function, health and quality of life.
