Special Interests: Pregnancy related lower back/pelvis pain, exercise rehabilitation
Lisa is a born and bred Canberran who completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra in 2016. Lisa has more than 3 years’ experience working in the public hospital system. Her assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions were fine-tuned while working in the acute, fast-paced hospital environment. Lisa has worked in the emergency department, with musculoskeletal outpatients, in various neurological wards, in the intensive care unit and on women’s health with both pre- and post-natal patients. In particular, she has developed a keen clinical interest in treating musculoskeletal lower back and pelvis pain during pregnancy.
Lisa has a hands-on approach to treatment during consultations, as well as a strong focus on exercise prescription to enable ongoing self-management for her patients.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking, playing netball and relaxing down at the south coast.
