Lizzy completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours at the University of Canberra in 2018. She then moved to work in Cooma and Jindabyne where she gained experience in treating a wide range of conditions including ski injuries, workplace injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, and NDIS clients.
Following this Lizzy moved back to the Canberra region and has been working in Queanbeyan where she has further developed skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription and dry needling. These experiences have allowed Lizzy to gain skills in working with patients from a variety of backgrounds and providing tailored treatment specific to their needs.
Lizzy’s clinical interests include treating neck, back and upper limb injuries. She is also trained in Clinical Pilates, which she uses both as a rehabilitation tool and a strength and conditioning tool. She believes in providing a complete assessment and evidence-based treatment to ensure her patient’s have the best chance to reach their goals.
